“It’s for Your Own Good.”
COVID-19 Recommendations, are they Helping or Harming you?
This is a lengthy research article that I hope you will take the time to read. Truth takes effort and isn’t always found in a 30 second video or a sound-bite meme.
If you are afraid of COVID-19 or if you are concerned about the effects that some of the COVID-19 recommendations are having on society, I urge you to read this and to share it because it is importanthealth information.
I want to begin by describing a condition that has a tremendous effect on lungs -- hemolytic anemia…
Hemolytic anemia is a form of anemia due to hemolysis, the abnormal breakdown of red blood cell. It can be caused by many different things, but I will focus on drug-induced anemia, by alcohol, in particular.
Why focus on alcohol?
Well, because it is one of the main ingredients in hand sanitizers -- what everyone is dousing themselves and their children with.
So, a little about this product that everyone is using…
Hand sanitizers must contain at least 60% ethyl alcohol for it to be successful at eliminating bacteria, viruses and germs. However, we are now seeing the use of EXTRA STRENGTH or double the strength hand sanitizers – many now contain over 75% ethyl alcohol. A study conducted by WHO scientists and being pushed out by the CDC, recommends the use of hand sanitizers with 75 -80% alcohol-based content. This is a very potent amount of alcohol and there are no long-term studies showing the effects of using such a high potency of alcohol, multiple times a day, every day, for a long period of time. It is especially concerning on how this will affect children and their developing immune systems.

The frequent overuse of hand sanitizers is concerning because anything that goes on the skin is easily absorbed into the bloodstream. An occasional squirt of hand sanitizer is not going to cause hemolytic anemia, but the overdosing that we are seeing today, especially in children and the elderly, should be of great concern, not only because we do not know the long-term effects this product will have, but because the overuse of alcohol can lead to hemolytic anemia which has a direct effect on the lungs.
Alcohol can impact red blood cell production by decreasing the number of precursor cells in the bone marrow, resulting in fewer mature red blood cells to be made. It also impacts red blood cell maturation, causing abnormality or dysfunction of the cells.

Alcohol may also affect how nutrients are absorbed from food. Alcohol-induced malnutrition tends to lead to iron and folic acid deficiencies, which are needed for the proper formation of hemoglobin (a red protein responsible for transporting oxygen). When hemoglobin is not made properly, red blood cells cannot carry as much oxygen, or they may not mature properly, reducing red blood cell numbers.
The overuse of alcohol can produce many detrimental health issues, including alcohol-induced anemia.
Why is this a big deal?
It’s a big deal because we are being told that we are in the middle of a “deadly pandemic” with a virus called COVID-19 which causes enormous respiratory distress. Back in March, the USA feared that there would be a shortage of ventilators available to patients. So much so, that we overstocked our hospitals with ventilators anticipating a mass number of patients that would need of them.
Now, let’s continue…
The lungs are extremely important organs for every function in the body and without lungs we would die. Hemolytic anemia affects the transportation of oxygen throughout the body, thus causing a negative effect on the lungs, affecting breathing.
We all know that trouble breathing and lung function has been one of the greatest concerns with COVID-19, so it’s important that we are doing everything that we can to NOT weaken lung function and lung health.
Hand sanitizers are not the only thing being propagated during this time. The use of household and industrial cleaners is also being heavily pushed and used throughout society.
Household and industrial cleaners have a very negative effect on lungs. Studies show that breathing in the fumes from cleaning chemicals can cause both short-term and long-term breathing problems. Even if you don't notice immediate symptoms, years and years of exposure to these fumes can cause permanent lung damage and even life-threatening diseases like COPD.
Exposure to cleaning chemicals can cause asthma and respiratory symptoms, but also long-term effects. In the past few years, researchers have found strong links between cleaning chemical fumes and chronic respiratory diseases.
“Using household cleaning chemicals puts you at risk whether you're a healthy adult or someone who suffers from a chronic breathing disorder. However, exposure to chemical fumes can be even more dangerous for lungs that are strained due to an existing respiratory problem like asthma or COPD.
People with these conditions have particularly sensitive lung tissue, which means that even small amounts of fumes can trigger inflammation in their lungs. This makes their lungs more vulnerable to permanent damage as a result of exposure to chemical fumes.” (LPT Medical).

One study from Harvard, published in 2017, found a strong correlation between subjects' use of chemical cleaners and fatal lung diseases like COPD. In a study of more than 55,000 US nurses that spanned thirty years, they found that those who used chemical disinfectants just once per week had a 32 percent higher risk of developing COPD. Can you imagine what is occurring now that COVID cleaning requirements have been implemented?
A more recent study from the University of Bergen in Norway looked at the effects of cleaning in a typical home environment. After tracking 6,000 subjects for twenty years, they found that women who regularly used chemical cleaning solutions had poorer respiratory function than those who didn't.
In fact, researchers estimated that the amount of lung function these women lost was roughly equivalent to smoking a whole pack of cigarettes every day. Those who were exposed even more often than that experienced more severe lung decline. Let’s now imagine how that study may have looked using more recent methods of cleaning and if they took into account that humans are being exposed to chemicals everywhere that they go – supermarkets, retail stores, hair salons, restaurants, car dealerships, schools, daycares, gas stations, governmental buildings, literally EVERYWHERE has implemented COVID cleaning requirements.

Another COVID “required” implementation is the widespread use of masks. Masks are seen on people while driving alone in their automobiles, while exercising or participating in other rigorous activities, while shopping, working, visiting friends, at the doctors’, at governmental buildings, etc. Masks are seen on people of all ages; ranging from the elderly to unfortunately, newborn babies.
Masks were primarily used during surgery or other medical procedures to keep the environment sterile from germs NOT FROM VIRUSES. Masks were NOT intended for long term and daily use.
Before COVID-19 did you ever see your family doctor, wear a mask to keep you safe from viruses or bacteria? Did you wear one to keep them safe from your possible asymptomatic illness? The answer is NO. Viruses and bacteria are not new – not even deadly ones.
In the past other precautions were taken when something deadly was suspected to have infected a person or persons. As in the case of Ebola, those on the frontlines wore hazmat suits – which is the only approved and tested article proven to keep you safe from pathogens. Masks were not created nor intended to be used in the way that it is being used today and are having a negative effect on people’s health. This is why when COVID recommendations first came out all of the ABC governmental agencies were not recommending the use of masks on the general population. However, that narrative quickly changed once the technocratic agenda was clearly understood by those in the lower echelons.
Earlier this month an Australian news outlet reported that two 14-year-old Chinese boys collapsed and died six days apart while exercising wearing masks.

“It happened within two to three minutes during his physical training class. He was wearing a mask while lapping the running track, then he suddenly fell backwards and hit his head on the ground. I suspect it was because he was wearing a mask,” one of the grieving fathers told reporters.
ALL MASKS, unless it’s a silly mesh one, can severely limit oxygen intake, making breathing more difficult.
If you want to know more about the harms of mask, this article, written by Jennifer Margulis, Ph.D. is a great one to start with: https://jennifermargulis.net/wearing-mask-can-harm-your-health/
What is the purpose of all this information? Why is it important?
It’s imperative that you get a clear understanding of what is being promoted and being widely accepted and used by society. Not many are questioning the narrative because on the surface the recommendations seem to be helpful and because some “expert” said that you should do it. Those who question the narrative have been labeled conspiracy theorist and the information that they provide has been deemed false news by those who are controlling the narrative.
Please realize that what’s being told to you, isn’t to keep you healthy. How could it be? When the information being pushed out is broken down and analyzed, it is clearly evident how dangerous for your health it really is.
What the media, the government, and celebrities (who are the mouth puppets of the technocrats) are advising are actually things that can SEVERELY harm you. If we are to believe what we are being told, that COVID-19 is a deadly virus that can acutely affect the lungs, to the point of death, then WHY IN THE WORLD ARE THEY RECOMMENDING, PUSHING, and “MANDATING,” things that HARMFUL AND DEADLY? Is it to weaken your immune system, so that you are begging for a cure? Is is to keep the controlling measures going without question? What will occur to your immune system when you add an experimental vaccine to this perfect storm? There are many questions that society should be asking, but to question things is now considered dangerous false news that requires censorship. However, it’s something that must be done. Question the narrative and search for truth.
Please don’t take anything that has been stated in this article as proof. Go out and investigate it for yourself. Use critical thinking and dig outside of the narrative – you can even use ABC agencies as your source, just know where to look and how to look for it. Truth isn’t hard to uncover; you just need to put in the work.
